Padahal dengan pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang mereka miliki, arsitek akan meringankan beban sang pemilik rumah, dan menghemat biaya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;...Dilapangan, jasa konsultasi ini ternyata beda dan range-ya sangat lebar, karena tidak semua arsitek menjadi anggota IAI dan hanya yang menjadi anggotanya yang terikat pada aturan tersebut. Rumah menemukan angka berkisar antara Rp. 30 ribu hingga lebih dari Rp. 500 ribu per meter persegi. bahkan ada yang mencapai Rp. 800 ribu per meter persegi untuk sebuah gambar desain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;...Sementara Ahmad Djuhara , arsitek dan ketua IAI DKI Jakarta menegaskan, persentase atau hitungan per meter persegi hanyalah sebuah pendekatan untuk menghargai sebuah karya cipta. Mereka ini dibekali dengan kompentensi dan pengetahuan tertentu, dan sesungguhnya pekrjaan ini bukanlah sebuah usaha, sekalipun sekarang ini banyak arsitek yang mendasarkan pada konsep produksi/usaha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lebih jauh Djuhara mengatakan, yang harus dibayarkansebenarnya bukanlah Fee atau jasa, tetapi lebih tepat disebut honorarium. Artinya ada "Penghormatan", to honour, di dalam istilah itu.&lt;br /&gt;...Dikatakannya, profesi ini memiliki prinsip kesejawatan. Artinya, kalau seorang arsitek menerapkan tarif miring atau dumping yang berbeda terlalu jauh dari tarif yang berlaku umum, berarti telah merusak prinsip kesejawatan itu. Oleh karenanya, organisasi semacam IAI telah menerapkan aturan yang besarnya honorarium berkisar anatar 6 - 8%. dibawah itu, artinya prinsip kesejawatan telah dilanggar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan ketentuan tersebut, masyarakat atau konsumen bisa menuntut mendapatkan desain dan pelayanan yang bagus untuk setiap desain dan mereka minta kepada arsitek ketika mereka sudah membayar layak untuk sebuah desain/karya cipta. yang dihargai dari sebuah desain bukanlah keringat atau tenaga yang dikeluarkan atau lebih jeleknya lagi dinilai dari jumlah lembar kertas yang digunakan untuk menggambar desain. "Yang dihargai bukanlah gambarnya melainkan pemikirannya, otaknya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dalam merancang sebuah rumah, arsitek juga tetap harus melibatkan disiplin ilmu lain misalnya untuk menghitung kekuatan atau struktur bangunan, dan untuk kepentingan itu ada standar-standar yang harus dipenuhi. Untuk kepentingan Hal-hal yang perlu di sertakan pada saat mengajukan surat Ijin Mendirikan Bangunan ( IMB ) tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;Kami membantu anda mempersiapkan syarat-syarat kelengkapan gambar yang diminta yaitu:&lt;br /&gt;Site plan, Denah, Tampak, Potongan, Renc. Pondasi, Renc. Atap, Detail Struktur dan Renc.
